Nightly Rates
Our rate's vary based on day of week and time of year. The below table provides a rough guide of our nightly rates.
Please note, prices may vary during high season, school and public bank holidays.
Booking's can be made online by clicking the 'Book now' option. Booking's will not be confirmed until payment has been completed.
If you do not wish to book online, please feel free to contact us to make your booking, payment can be made by cash or bank transfer.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
In order to confirm your booking, payment of deposit or full balance is required at the time of booking.
A 25% deposit is required to confirm booking if your arrival date is greater than 8 weeks in advance.
Full balance is required 8 weeks before arrival.
We understand that your plans can change and so we offer the following cancellation policies:
- Free cancellation up until 14 days before your arrival date. A 100% refund will be applied minus £10 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will unfortunately not be entitled to a refund, incurring 100% loss of payment.
Rental rates are for the entire property.
